About Us
Our Structure Keeps Our Costs Low,
So We Can Deliver Greater Value
For us, "good, fast, easy" is more than a slogan that conveys how we view ourselves as a senior-level provider of public relations, marketing and change management services. It's a description rooted in the way we're built. Here are four distinguishing structural elements of our business that enable us to deliver seasoned talent at a competitive price:
- No traditional agency suite. Dan and our team of strategic partners work from well-wired home offices, and often from client offices, eliminating the cost and complexity associated with unnecessary real estate, furniture and staff.
- Subcontractors, not employees. Instead of burdening our fixed-cost structure with permanent employees, we procure the expertise of subcontractors, based on work volume. We've eliminated not only the enormous cost of a permanent staff, but also the pressure to push clients for enough work to keep them all busy. Our subcontractors are the best and most nimble pros Dan has met in his 25-plus years in the business.
- Fast decisions and action, based on experience. Our compact size encourages quick decisions by those most knowledgeable about the issues at hand. Our clients aren't burdened with the delay -- or cost -- associated with an agency hierarchy.
- No budget-busting "team meetings." We bring in the support we need to get a job done, within budget, and no more. "One of the things I miss least about the traditional agency world," Dan recalls, "is the costly process of getting eight or 10 people in a room to 'brainstorm' about a client ... and the devastation that would rain on a budget."
